This is my second order. I am disappointed with this order. The purple dark flowers were already in a bad condition when they arrived. They died “withered” away the next day which is never a good for the amount I am paying for this company. Secondly, flowers are always a surprise which is ruined when they call and confirm the address of the recipient, especially when I have given the address. 2 stars only for this delivery.

This is to ensure they are at the property so we can deliver your gift. To keep the element of surprise we never reveal what we are delivering, only that we have a delivery.

Very easy to order and excellent service! Very quick and smooth delivery! I don’t know what the actual flowers that were sent looked like (and I don’t want to burden my friend and ask her to send me a picture). So just some feedback, it would be helpful if you could send a picture of the actual bouquet before or after delivery, so we can see what we paid for.
