Dear Sara,
Many thanks for your honest review. My colleague wanted to check on the flowers that you received. We apologies if you found this unacceptable. We can honestly assure you the flowers were fresh. However the outer petals on the spray rose are grown to resemble garden roses so have a rustic look. Sometimes, until these spray roses are fully open, they can be mistaken for old flowers. Once again we appreciate your opinion and will look at the variety of spray rose again that we use in this arrangement. We apologies for any stress that this may have caused.
